How can I view a house that I see on your website?
To enter the house call our showing service Rently and register at 317-622-4722. -
How much does it cost to apply?
The cost is $55 per person 18 or older for a full 3 party report. -
How do I know your policies with regards to qualifications for a house?

Do you accept pets?
HomeLogic Property Management is a pet-friendly company and we realize that most households have some type of animal. HomeLogic Property Management accepts applicants with verified emotional support animals and service animals. Pets Fees: Our general policy is to charge a $200 non-refundable fee for the first pet and $200 for each additional pet. There is also a $25 per pet, monthly pet lease. An additional deposit may be required for applicants who have more than 3 pets. Breed restrictions may apply. We waive pet deposits and pet lease fees for service animals and emotional support animals upon receipt of written documentation from an authorized medical provider. Tenants are responsible for any damage caused by a pet – even if the up front pet deposit is waived. -
Do I need renters insurance?
Yes. Proof of insurance will be required before occupancy. The policy will need to list our company as an additional insured. -
When do the utilities have to be placed in my name?
Yes. Prior to taking possession we require proof that the utilities are placed in your name. -
How much do I have to pay to move in?
Typically you will be charged one month’s rent in advance plus a security deposit generally equal to the monthly rent. In addition you may be charged a non-refundable pet fee if you have a pet. -
When is rent due?
Our rents are always due on the 1st day of each month. A late fee is assessed after the 5th day of 10% of the rent and $10 for each additional day late. -
How do I pay my rent?
We offer three ways to pay: online through your resident portal, by mail, or through Pay Near Me. You will be assigned a username and password when you move in so you can pay online.

What if I have a maintenance request?
You will be able to log into your account and send a maintenance request. -
Can I use your company as a reference?
Yes. We always welcome you to ask for a reference. All requests must be in writing. We will not give a reference to any prospective landlord without your written consent.
