- Property must meet HomeLogic condition standards (clean, safe, functional).
- The owner must approve HomeLogic’s recommended market rent and any price adjustments within 48 hours.
- Does not apply if the owner restricts marketing channels or declines qualified applicants meeting screening standards.
- Excludes holiday and winter leasing conditions from Thanksgiving Day through January 1st.
- Excludes properties requiring major repairs or delayed owner approvals.
- 25% credit applies only to the leasing fee and does not include marketing upgrades.
- Applies 90 days after any Free Trial promotion, if selected.
- Limited to one credit per listing period.
If an eviction occurs, we waive management fees until the property is re-occupied.
